Meaningful for me...Snow night & Mahissa

Open your eyes and see a new day with new challenges to live is really my first reflection.. To see yesterday and today the snow,to play as kids with my friend from Uzbekistan Nargiza's at night,laugh and take photos let us to feel how happy we are with simple things....I hate the cold weather,but really I'm so excited enjoying everyday this experience.. Thanks god,thanks for these new friends,these marvelous teachers,this university,this tea's program, Teacher Sharon,oh a friend,a mother,a partner, a collaborative friend,speechless her labor to support us. Thanks for let me live this experience...

I Believe in... many of Freire´s Ideas Education must begin with the solution of the student-teacher contradiction, by reconciling the poles of the contradiction so that both are simultaneously teachers and students. Paulo Freire We must start to analyse ourselves in the equity in front of our students, in share rights, and feel confortable in our seats. Liberating education consists in acts of cognition, not transferrals of information. Paulo Freire WHAT ARE YOU DOING FROM YOUR CLASSROOM TO GENERATE A LIBERATING EDUCATION? Ar eyou really contributng to your country social growing? It is not systematic education which somehow molds society, but, on the contrary, society which, according to its particular structure, shapes education in relation to the ends and interests of those who control the power in that society. Paulo Freire Do you know your societies problems? Is the teacher collaboratng to break the citizens chains?

WE ARE THE CLASSROOM MANAGER We must include gender-free classroom language in our classrooms, establish rules for participation and rotate jobs withn each group. What is our girls position in class? We must avoid to interrupt grls or let other students do so. To make eye contact with all students, and call them by name could be our first step, and be a model of non bias behavior for not only your classroom,but also the entire school.We should offer our students quality, precise feedback to girls as well as boys answers. In the reading: Gender Equity manners by Kathleen King Thorius, you could read more strategies for achieving gender equity in Acces and Opportunities to Learn, that we can to put in practice in our classrooms: To Share with our students our own interes, strenghts, and talents in subjects and activities ,making sure to include those activities, which could be interpreted as breaking gender sterotypes about what men-and women like /are good at. Avoidng references to stereotypes linking interests to gender. Only teacher can create a gender balanced Curriculum, for this reason is important examine resources for gender equitable contente, and bring gender -biased materials to students´attention.We must use resources that reflect urrent and evolving roles of womenand men in society.

My First Field Experience:Perrysburg!

Perrysburg Junior High School( Ohio)

It is a public high school in Perrysburg, Ohio, United States. It is the only high school in Perrysburg Exempted Village School District. Athletic teams are known as the Yellow Jackets with school colors of black and gold and the school competes as a member of the Northern Lakes League.^[1] Academically, Perrysburg earned nine "A" grades on the 2014–15 Ohio Department of Education State Report Card and PHS was named a 2014 National Blue Ribbon School.

My fellowers´teachers are: Lisa Caswell and Jason Hunsinger.

Assessment,Motivation and Aurasma!

Everyday a new thing to learn,BGSU,is offering us the best to be the best leader in our classrooms.

To read and analyse the Book "Integrating Differentiated Instruction Understanding by Design,whose author is Carol Ann Tomlinson and McTighe, let us to reflect about our own teaching experience, and to think about our strength esa and weakness to evaluate and to develop the best performance in class.
An excellent analysis and discusión has being developed by Mrs.Patterson,that really motivate to these TEA,2017 to go ahead with this topic and be a Responsive teacher.

MOTIVATING LEARNING

Nowadays teachers must create ,strengthening,substaining,operational using and keeping and counterbalancing the vision to each students to enable them to create an attractive image of the language in the future.We need to support,encourage them from the first moment to love the learning of this new language. If we want to reach this point we need to become an effective motivator,and develop positive learning experiences.
An interesting book "Motivating and Learning" by Hatfield and Dörnyei was used to design real activities to motivate in our classrooms. Mrs spallinger offered an animated class and encourage ou..r motivation vision.
